The auction purchasing our land has been one of the most nerve wrecking auctions that I've ever been to.
We faced up with a property developer and another very interested buyer. The auction took off slow, however it picked up pace exponentially towards the end and there was no chance to even take a breath!
But thank God we managed to secure the land!
You're probably going to think "why did they buy part of the amazon jungle" when you see the photos of the site.
