We also booked in our independent inspector to come out this Friday 5th Oct and have a look at the finished frame. (garage hasn't been constructed yet)
Hopefully theres not much errors to rectify.
Im very pleased with PD so far. They've really taken care of our whole build. I hope we can continue to maintain this relationship throughout the rest of the process. Our BC is absolutely amazing. She's always on top of things and tries her very best to help us.
I went out to the site today and noticed that additional OHS safety bars have been put into our rooftop. I guess that means tiles tomorrow! Managed to speak to our SS today. He's confirmed that our roof will be put in tomorrow, 2nd Oct and the day after 3rd Oct! YAY!
We haven't formally met yet. But I have a feeling that he knows what he is doing and seem very confident with his work. Im glad that he is on our job!!
